  Henry VIII is probably the best-known king of England and may even be the most famous. He was also    the most important King of England because of what he achieved to his kingdom along with the establishment  of the Church of England.                                        

                                                                                    

   Henry was not born to be king.  He was the third child and second son of Henry VII . However, in April 1502 Henry's elder brother Arthur died and Henry, at the age of ten, became heir . Henry was a happy child very fond of sports and entertainment.  He was very good at French and Latin,. He was also  an excellent rider and athlete as well as  a fine dancer and musician. He also  enjoyed touring England  which made him a very popular prince and king.
